💼 Eligibility Criteria

Age Range: 20–28 years as of April 1, 2025 (born between April 2, 1997 and April 1, 2005)
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwD: up to +15 years depending on category
Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. Final-year students are eligible to apply, provided they complete graduation by December 31, 2025.
Local Language: Proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) in the opted state’s local language is mandatory. Evidence via 10th/12th mark sheet exempts candidates from an additional language test

🧾 Selection Process Overview

Pre‑lims Examination

Structure: 3 sections—English (30 Qs), Numerical Ability (35), Reasoning (35)
Marks: Total 100 in 60 minutes
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
Qualification is based on aggregate score; no sectional minimum required

Main Examination

Total of 200 marks across:
- General/Financial Awareness (50 Qs)
- General English (40)
- Quantitative Aptitude (50)
- Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (50)
Time allotted: 160 minutes
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per incorrect response

Local Language Test

Required only if not exempted via educational certificate. Mandatory to pass before final appointment

📌 Final Selection

The merit list is prepared based exclusively on Main exam scores. Cut-offs are calculated state- and category-wise. The Preliminary exam score is not carried forward
